PRE ENTRIES
Email Pre-entries to CBRC1970@gmail.com on Wednesday morning thru Thursday 8pm prior to the race.
Include the following in your email for Pre-Entries:
Rider's Name
Horse's Registered Name
Classes entering per horse: Open, Novice, Youth, Senior, In Between Class, (roll only, age 18-44), Futurity, or Derby and if you want to roll.
We strongly encourage people who are running more than one horse to pre-enter as this will allow enough space between your horses.
You may pre-enter even if you want to be in the late draw. Please specify "late draw" on your entry email. You must pay your fees by the drag at 50 or before you run, whichever is first. If you do not pay you will be drawn out from the race.

Race Time: 10am double header start time, single race start time 11am
Time Only: $5 for 1 minute time slot, pay cash at gate. Single header 8:00am-9:30am (Oct - Jan). 7:30am-8:30am at double headers (Feb-March).
Open Arena: Single header 9:30am - 9:50am (Oct - Jan) 8:30am - 8:50 am at double headers (Feb-March).
Exhibition runs: Pay cash at the entry desk, sign up on the clip board, $5 for 1 run, announced and timed but not ranked. After the last class of the race.
Signups: You may Pre-Enter Wednesday and Thursday prior to each race at CBRC1970@gmail.com. Pre-entries close Thursday evening by 8pm. You must pay your fees, or have someone pay for you, by the 50 drag, or before you run, whichever is first. If you do not pay by the 50 drag, or before you run, you will be drawn out from the race. You can enter the day of the race with no late fee until the race starts. After the race starts, a $10 late fee will apply for non-pre-entries. Late entries will be taken until the last runner of Open, $10 late entry fee per horse. Pre draw will be posted Friday by noon. For non-members, $10 office fee per rider. OTHER INFO
PLEASE CLEAN UP after your horses in the parking lot and barns! The club will charged a big fine if there is manure or hay left on the grounds.
Location: All races (except if rescheduled) are located at Clackamas County Fairgrounds 694 NE 4th Ave. Canby, OR 97013.
Stalls: If you'd like to rent a stall, the cost is $25 and you need to call the Fairgrounds directly at (503) 266-1136 to arrange payment. Open to anyone, overnight available. You must clean your stall when you leave or you will receive a fine.
Co-Sanctioned: We are co-sanctioned with BRN4D and OBRA. When you pre-enter, or enter at the race, please note on your entry form if you are member of either of these organizations so you can get your points. OBRA $3 additional per race.
Time Onlies: Pay cash at the gate, $5 for 1min time slot. First come, first serve basis. 8:00-9:30am at single headers, 7:30-9am at double headers (Feb/March). 2min limit per horse.

Vendor Spots: Pay at sign-in table on day of race. We have two options. Purchase a vendor sponsorship for $100 and donate $100 retail in product to the club for awards and you will receive a spot at all of our races for the season. If you want to buy a vendor spot on a race-by-race basis, it is $50 per race and we require 10% of your sales for that day.
